Venison Sausage recipe
Ingredients:
8 lb of ground venison.
2 lb of lean ground pork.
6 oz of corn syrup solids.
2 cups of powdered milk.
6 tablespoons of onion powder.
6 tablespoons of Tender Quick.
2 tablespoons of sage.
1 tablespoon of white pepper.
1 tablespoon of nutmeg.
1 tablespoon of black pepper.
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.
Put in sausage casings.
Fry until cooked.
