Breakfast Sausage recipe

Ingredients:

5 lb of pork butt.
2 ½ tablespoons of salt.
1 tablespoon of sage.
½ tablespoon of nutmeg.
1 cup of cold water.
½ tablespoon of white pepper.
½ tablespoon of thyme.
½ teaspoon of ginger.

Directions:

Grind the pork for sausage meat.

Combine all of the spices together and mix into the water.

Add the water and spice mixture to the meat and hand mix until well distributed.

Cool immediately and use or freeze.
