Asian Sausage recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb of ground turkey.
¼ cup of water chestnuts, finely chopped.
3 tablespoons of shiitake mushrooms, sliced.
3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 ½ tablespoon of nonfat dry milk powder.
1 tablespoon of white sesame seed.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1 ½ teaspoon of black sesame seed.
¾ teaspoon of ginger root, freshly grated.
1 ½ cloves garlic, finely chopped.
½ green onion, finely chopped.
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients.
Portion into twelve 3 oz patties.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
